  • Call 508.358.7282, book online, or email concierge@salonarteboston.com to request an appointment.

    In the Subject Line of the email, write “Appointment Request” along with your preferred stylist’s name. Write “no preference” if you do not have a preferred stylist.

    Example:

    Subject: Appointment Request Fadua

    -or-

    Subject: Appointment Request No Preference

    This will help us to sort through the large volume of emails that we are receiving, and will enable us to book appointments faster!

  • If a cancellation becomes necessary, we require 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Since we are closed on Monday, Tuesday appointments require 48-hour notice. We understand that there are situations that cannot be avoided and are happy to work with you. 

    Our cancellation policy is as follows:

    1. First missed appointment: We will call you the day the appointment was missed to reschedule the appointment and remind you of our cancellation policy. 

    2. Second missed appointment: We will require a 50% non-refundable cancellation charge. 

    3. Third missed appointment:  After the third non 24-hour cancellation notice, Arté reserves the right to only accept prepaid bookings and/or same day reservations. We will also require a 100% non-refundable cancellation charge.

  • We suggest arriving fifteen minutes before your scheduled salon and spa appointment.

  • When running late for an appointment, we will work our best to accommodate you with your original service provider. However, if not possible, we will accommodate you with the next available service provider. In some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

  • Please let us know of any health conditions or required accommodations. Please discontinue the use of products containing Retin A or other Retinol ingredients 72 hours before a waxing or facial service. Advise your service provider if taking Accutane, or if you have any medical conditions or are under a physician’s care for things such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, or heart conditions, as we will customize our services to fit your needs whenever possible.

  • The service providers at Arté Salon and Spa work on a level system. This level system accomplishes two main goals. The first is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for our team. The second is to provide several options for your various service needs.

    Guests may choose the level that best fits their needs and their budget. The training our team receives is aggressive, consistent, innovative, and in-depth. It starts from the moment they are hired and continues through their entire career with us. At Arté Salon and Spa, our service providers achieve level promotions based on the demand for their time.

  • We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex.

    Gratuities cannot be added to credit cards or added to checks written for services. However, separate checks can be made out personally to the service providers.

    Series and packages are at discounted prices and cannot be purchased with Arté Gift Cards or combined with any other discounts and promotions.

    A $20 bank fee will be charged for any returned check.

    Our prices vary, depending on the Tier Level of our service providers; therefore, Series can only be used with the designated Tier Level service provider. If you decide to use a different service provider, the price difference will be charged at the time of service.

  • We guarantee your satisfaction when purchasing our products. If not satisfied you may return your product within 30 days for a full refund if unopened. Opened products will be credited to your account for use on future product purchases. All brushes and hair extensions are final sale.

    We guarantee all our services. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within one week of your service to schedule a session to assist you with any necessary correction.
